Os profissionais de sa\u00fade e mesmo a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social aconselham a reposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores de vitamina A, C ou D, mas raramente ouvimos falar de suplementos de <strong>vitamina K<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ora, mas qual ser\u00e1 a diferen\u00e7a operada por uma s\u00f3 letra? Ser\u00e1 que &#8220;K&#8221; \u00e9 a letra que nos falta no alfabeto do bem-estar e da sa\u00fade? A sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o mais conhecida \u00e9 a ac\u00e7\u00e3o que tem sobre a coagula\u00e7\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 alguma vez pensou que, caso o seu corpo carecesse de um s\u00f3 nutriente, qualquer arranh\u00e3o menor seria um desastre? Ali\u00e1s, o problema mais preocupante que surgiria seria mesmo a propens\u00e3o a hemorragias internas, isto \u00e9, as que n\u00e3o conseguir\u00edamos travar ou sequer prever. Assim, a sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o mais conhecida \u00e9 a hep\u00e1tica, de cicatriza\u00e7\u00e3o, pois \u00e9 gra\u00e7as a ela que as prote\u00ednas se podem transformar em subst\u00e2ncias que coagulam.<\/p>\n<p>2. A palavra &#8220;vegetais&#8221; leva um &#8220;k&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 principalmente em alimentos de origem vegetal que se encontra uma data de vitaminas, como por exemplo a K. Existe a vitamina k1, k2 e k3<\/p>\n<p>A vitamina K1 \u00e9 aquela que se encontra nos alimentos. A vitamina K2 \u00e9 a que \u00e9 produzida na flora intestinal. Finalmente, a K3 s\u00f3 pode ser produzida artificialmente, em laborat\u00f3rio. Esta \u00faltima, a K3, \u00e9 a que se encontra nos suplementos alimentares.<\/p>\n<p>4. A <strong>vitamina K<\/strong> \u00e9 lipossol\u00favel<\/p>\n<p>Em poucas palavras, esta \u00e9 uma vitamina que se encontra nas gorduras ingeridas.<\/p>\n<p>5. A doen\u00e7a hemorr\u00e1gica dos rec\u00e9m-nascidos deve-se \u00e0 car\u00eancia deste nutriente<\/p>\n<p>Um beb\u00e9 rec\u00e9m-nascido precisa de todas as vitaminas e mais algumas, mas \u00e9 comum a placenta n\u00e3o ter conseguido absorver correctamente a K, pelo que o f\u00edgado do beb\u00e9 se torna incapaz de produzir coagulantes. Desta forma, e n\u00e3o tendo o beb\u00e9 capacidade para ingerir outro alimento que n\u00e3o l\u00edquidos, deve-lhe ser aplicada a vitamina K3, para que possa recuperar da sua doen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>6. O bem-estar dos ossos tamb\u00e9m depende da vitamina K<\/p>\n<p>Gra\u00e7as a ela, o c\u00e1lcio \u00e9 mais facilmente fixado nos ossos, o que ajuda \u00e0 manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do equil\u00edbrio dos ossos e dos dentes. Quando h\u00e1 diagn\u00f3sticos de osteoporose, os profissionais de sa\u00fade aconselham este tipo de suplementos.<\/p>\n<p>7. Em suma&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A vitamina K1, K2 ou K3, qualquer que seja, \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da elasticidade dos vasos sangu\u00edneos (para que eles consigam aguentar a press\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea) e para a sa\u00fade dos ossos.<\/p>\n<p>8.
